During frequent trips to New York before I made the move permanent I would more often than not book accommodations at Hotel Hugo. Located in Soho's quietest enclave, Hudson Square, it's one block from the serene Hudson River and a few minutes from all the shopping, eating and people-watching central Soho has to offer. With reasonable rates, polished rooms and lots of amenities (like its rooftop bars Bar Hugo and Azul) there's plenty to like about this boho chic abode.
